TASTING NOTES
The best that an authentic French Provence Rosé can be, absolutely the best of its kind, from this strikingly beautiful estate in Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence with views of the Luberon mountains and the Alps beyond. Certified organic since 2009.
This old-vine wine is an unusually rich style of rosé, soft, creamy-textured and generously fruity. The acidity is there although without too much crispness so that the wine has intensity, caramel flavors, and a touch of pepper at the end.
Smooth, full-bodied, and complex. White fruits on the nose with notes of fennel and peonies.
Round and rich in the mouth with plenty of volumes. Subtle hints of honey and caramel on the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
To be enjoyed with a nice meal. Lamb dishes, roasted tomatoes and eggplant, lemon shrimp scampi, marinated vegetables, and especially local favorites like Parrotfish and octopus Tinaktak will enhance the tasting experience of this most special rosé.
Serve cold t about 45 degrees.
