Excellent dry rosé, the best of its kind, from this strikingly beautiful estate in Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence with views of the Luberon mountains and the Alps beyond. Certified organic since 2009
This wine, is pale, aromatic, and floral, with soft, delicate red fruit notes, elegant, with refreshing minerality and considerable finesse. White fruits dominate alongside floral notes.
 
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Fantastic wine for Chamorro fiesta barbeques in the warm sun, it is also an ideal rosé wine for many gastronomic foods, whether as a refreshing aperitif with an antipasto platter, or with dried meats like Tinala Kåtne, chicken Kelaguen, smoked salmon, but also pairs especially well with Thai food.
Serve cold at about 40 degrees. Keep cold in an ice bucket.
