Dry, crisp white wine.
Pale yellow with slight green shades. Like all the Sauvignon, this wine develops green apple aromas as well as broom flower flavors. Young and refreshing, it shows a good fullness.
Great as a refreshing aperitif, but also an especially good match with fresh seafood, such as Oysters, Shrimp, smoked salmon, or clams, as well as most Keleguen dishes.
This wine will also compliment lemony fish and seafood dishes such as poached Salmon with fresh lemon, grilled and fried fish, and as well as light creamy cheeses.
Best served at 50°- 54°F
