Soils are mostly made of gravel and limestone with few calcareous plots. Grape variety 100% Cabernet Franc also named Cabernet “Breton”.
Colour and alcohol content
Red tinged with ruby glints. Alcohol : 12,5% vol. Vinification process
Caution harvest by hand in order to keep whole grapes. The vinification is made in thermo‐ regulated inox vats after a 12 to 18 days maceration which gives the maximum extraction of aromas. Store for a small part in old wood casks, but mostly in stainless steel vats, then assembled.
Typical and intense Cabernet smell followed by a remarkable roundness in the mouth. Most appreciated for its «feminine touch» made of delicacy and elegance. Young must be drunk at 14°c, aged at 17°c.
