Smooth and round in the mouth. A long finish dominated by aromas of black fruits.
Most enjoyable with red meats, especially grilled or roasted, with spicy dishes and stews, as well as with soft cheeses like goat cheese.
Serve at room temperature (about 70 degrees Fahrenheit)
