Deep purple and red.

Aromatic complexity with a wonderful integration of fruit and oak. Large spectrum of aromas: cloves, spices and mild tobacco.

Good structural complexity.

Generous and elegant with a long aging potential.

 

Serving Suggestions:

Decant for 60 minutes.

Serve at 65° F.

Pairs well with Rack of Lamb, Entrecote bordelaise, T-bone steak Cheese

Winery History:

In 1964, Gabriel Fabre purchased the property and took on the task of replanting the vineyard site and rebuilding the winery.

Vincent Fabre, his son, and now grandchildren have since taken over the management of the estate.

Medium to full body, velvety tannins, and a juicy finish. Straightforward and fruity with blueberry and light chocolate character. Medium body and fine tannins. Very clear and precise on the nose with currants, flowers, and hints of fresh herbs.
