Fabre de Nature is a new and exciting wine from Chateau Lamothe-Cissac. For many years the castle has adapted its cultivation of fields to be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible, which has resulted in a High Environmental Value Level 3 certification.
In 2018, due to the exceptionally good weather, the castle decided to make a cuvée with no added sulfites. The wine is made 100% on Cabernet Sauvignon from one of the last parcels planted in 2000 which now provides optimum. After harvesting the grapes, the wine is vinified with as little interference as possible and no oak barrels are used to preserve maximum fruit in the wine's aroma and taste.
The wine has a nice purple color with a great aroma of blackcurrant and herbs which goes back to the strong meaty taste with clear round tannins.
