Dark ruby colour in the first years, Beautiful.
Large spectrum of aromas after aerating: notes of blackcurrant, cedar, and “jammy” fruits,
associated with soft spices and subtle vanilla.
The mouth is full and rich, layering cherry, cassis, pepper, and cinnamon, with hints of mineral and berry.
Very smooth finish.
Decant for 30 minutes.
Serve at 65° F.

In 1964, Gabriel Fabre purchased the property and took on the task of replanting the vineyard site and rebuilding the winery.
Vincent Fabre, his son, and now grandchildren have since taken over the management of the estate.
